Take a 3D virtual tour of our 2-bedroom apartment homes. Virtual Tours allow you to see the apartment as if you were touring it in person. View each room right from your desktop or mobile phone. With floor plans and 3D virtual tours available, social distancing doesn’t have to stop you from finding the perfect apartment home.
Once your application has come back approved, you will then schedule your move-in date with the Leasing Manager from the office. They will let you know about all the items you will need to bring in on move-in day. This will include rental insurance and any other documents needed for accounts you will need to set up.
Now it’s time to E-sign sign your lease. A link will be sent to your email for you to E-sign your rental agreement. Be sure to read the lease in its entirety so you know what to expect while living at Willow Creek Residences. If you have any questions or concerns about the lease, please contact our office. We will be happy to go over it with you in detail.
Once you have fallen in love with the floor plan, it’s time to fill out an application. You will need to fill out the entire application leaving no question blank. What you will need:
A background check, as well as a credit check, will be done as part of the application process. For this, you will need your social security number. After you have submitted your online application, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Congratulations! Once you’ve E-signed your lease, you’re ready to pick up your keys on your scheduled move-in day! Although we are limiting face to face time, we are always here for you and want to keep all of our residents safe during this time. We want you to know you can call us at any time.
